OPERATING SLEEVE MODIFICATION

The operating sleeve can be modified to allow better engagement with the dog-ring (partial engagement will contribute to 'gear pop-out').

Gbox uses a special in house surface grinding technique for the 1st and 2nd gear shift sleeve. Grinding the shift sleeve allows the teeth to engage the dog-ring further thus allowing the back cut on the teeth to hold the slider in gear much more firmly.

This is just one of the unique blueprinting techniques used by Gbox to cure “popping out of gear” problems.
